Did you ever read a book that makes you want to drop everything and follow your dreams? This is one of those books. It is about Abby Sunderland the young girl who dreamed of sailing around the world, and her family that supported and helped her follow her dream. I admire them very much, it is a hard to follow your heart when there seems to be critics everywhere saying no. It is full of adventure, dreams and travel. Full of family, faith and courage. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to sail away, whether on the ocean or in their imagination! My teenager just started reading this and is also enjoying it very much.
The book is written in a three person narrative-Abby's voice, narrator's voice and those who took part in rescue efforts.
