the funniest things my kids have done in the bathroom!
Thank you so much for stopping by little island studios, please subscribe by email to follow in family fun!!
Let me start by saying, these are perhaps, not so much funny "haha" but more like..."cry until you laugh" kind of funny; what happens in the bathroom should honestly...STAY in the bathroom.
Unless of course you think it is funny for your toddler to unroll the entire (new and extra large of course) roll of potty paper and track it out to the dinning room while you are entertaining new guests.
Is it perhaps funny when your teen puts an uneaten granola bar in the tiny bathroom garbage (why is it so tiny?) because he (you just knew it was a he) did not feel like going all-the-way to the kitchen (yes, because it's soooo far) and the ants somehow find a way into your house, camp out in the bathroom and the sheer mass of them scare the beejesus out of you at 2am?
Is it funny when you find your child giving the doggie a (albeit much-needed) haircut and bath in the bathroom? Picture, if you will...dog standing in sink, water flooding over the top.
Then, is it funny to realize your lovely husband feels that he needs to read in the bathroom (whilst you do not even have time to go potty) and you can hear him laughing at his witty new book, like he is on vacation or something?
And yet, while I know everyone's doggie drinks out of the potty, eww, does your doggie go and sit on the lid and bark??
But wait...there's more! Things you don't want to hear from the bathroom..."Mooommmm, is water supposed to be shooting up and hitting the ceiling"?
Okay, that's it for today...I'll not even get into "Why does the bathroom looks like we train monkeys in it" and "EEWWW, what is that behind the potty?" and better yet "Is it okay to use toothpaste instead of paint"?
Apparently we are not the only ones who thinks the bathroom is funny; Clorox, or for now, The Clorox Lounge thinks the bathroom is quite funny and wants you to get involved too! At least they make it easy (and fun?) to clean up.
The Clorox Lounge is turning the bathroom into the laughroom with a community hub designed to be a mom’s go-to place for comedyHosted by comedian, actress and mom Sherri Shepherd, the site found at TheCloroxLounge.com features hilarious anecdotes, fun contests, exciting give-a-ways, coupons and just the right amount of comic relief. An inspiration for an entire genre of comedy, the potty is often named as the number one place for moms to find a moment of quiet and a break from a busy day! Whether it’s potty training, cleaning wars, or simply rites of passage that come with kids growing-up, the bathroom is such a huge part of our lives.
We would love to know; What is the funniest thing your child (family or doggie for that matter) has done in the bathroom?
