Goat Cheese Tomato Pasta!

I absolutely love goat cheese and I have a Goat Cheese Pinterest board to prove it.  When I get busy, I need fast, easy but still healthy dinner recipes.  I made this the other night and the whole family absolutely loved it!  Try this goat cheese tomato paste, with only a few ingredients and super easy to make.

One package of organic capanelli pasta, 4 oz goat cheese, medium diced onion, large can of organic crushed tomatoes, I used Muir Glen, crushed red pepper, fennel seeds, fresh ground pepper and sea salt. (allow goat cheese to be close to room temp)

Cook your pasta and have ready.
Saute your onions, add two teaspoons of fennel seeds, pinch of crushed pepper, grind fresh black pepper and sea salt.

After sautéing your onions and spices, add can of organic tomatoes.
Cook tomato sauce until heated.

Add your cooked, drained pasta to the tomato sauce.
Shred your goat cheese all over the top of pasta.

Add any additional pepper and sea salt and enjoy!
