Ingredients used:
Trader Joe Organic Olive Oil
Newman's Own Balsamic Vinegar
Organic Bella Mushrooms (package)
Fresh Asparagus (a bunch)
Organic Onion (medium size)
Sharp Cheddar - Organic
Fennel Seeds
Fennel Seeds
Sea Salt
Ground Pepper
Ezekiel Sprouted Torts
Annie's Goddess Ranch
Heat your iron skillet. Add olive oil, diced garlic, and pieces of fresh asparagus.
Add diced onion, bella mushrooms, fennel seed, ground pepper, sea salt and cook for about four minutes.
Add three large dashes of the balsamic vinegar and another dash of olive oil.
Saute for until done. Place veggies in heated bowl.
Cook your prosciutto and tear into bits.
In your hot skillet: Add a large dash of olive oil, place one sprouted tort.
Add spoonful of your cooked veggies & top with prosciutto, sharp cheddar and goat cheese.
Top with another tort, add another dash of olive oil, flip and cook other side. Add extra veggies on top if desired.
Slice and add a bit of organic ranch if desired. I used Annie's brand.
As always, I buy organic whenever possible. If not, I look for labeled non-GMO products. In this recipe almost everything but the asparagus was organic. The asparagus was local (and so yummy).
This recipe is absolutely delicious and super easy to make. Substitute whatever fresh veggies you happen to have and have fun!
This is not a sponsored post, I buy these ingredients on a regular basis!
