Oh, can you feel it in the air? Autumn is coming - cool air, leaves falling, crisp air, pumpkin and hot cider time! I absolutely love autumn, it is my favorite and my best!
We love mac and cheese and I am always making new versions of it - making your own is healthy and ever-so satisfying. This is our most favorite so far - Hemp Mac and Cheese - the cheeses makes it completely decedent and fit for a gourmet. Try it and see if it isn't your new favorite. It is the ultimate in macaroni and cheeses!

Gourmet Hemp Mac & Cheese!
16oz of Organic Pasta (your choice on shape)
1 1/2 cups of Hemp Hearts (we use Manitoba Hemp )
1/2 cups of flax seeds (wizz through a blender or coffee grinder to ground)
1/2 cups of flax seeds (wizz through a blender or coffee grinder to ground)
3/4 cup organic Stonyfield Greek Yogurt (plain)
1 cup of a mixture of Capricho Sheeps Milk Cheese, Mitica Sheeps Milk Cheese
1 cup of Sharp Raw Cheddar Cheese (grass fed & organic)
3/4 cup of pumpkin puree (cooked and pureed well, if you are cooking your own)
Add in options -
2 cans of wild caught tuna
1 cup of cooked broccoli (chopped)
1 cup of cooked peas
Cook your pasta according to directions.
Rinse.
Add the 2 cups of cheeses.
Stir until mostly melted.
Add in puree.
Add in hemp and then organic Greek yogurt last.
Rinse.
Add the 2 cups of cheeses.
Stir until mostly melted.
Add in puree.
Add in hemp and then organic Greek yogurt last.
