Summer Chocolate Coconut S'Mores & Fireworks!
Thank you for stopping by little island studios, please subscribe by email to follow along in family fun!
It's summer time and we are in the mood for s'mores, fireworks & fun - summer happiness! We travel quite a bit and obviously cannot have a camp fire in the back yard all of the time and what's a girl to do on a rainy summer night for s'mores?! This is an absolutely fabulous dish for the kids to make. Let kids sprinkle cinnamon, break up the chocolate, place the mallows and get the grahams ready - SO fun!

This chocolate coconut dip is the bomb and SO easy!
Ingredients:
Coconut Flakes - good quality, unsweetned and unsulffered
Chocolate Bars - we use Icelandic chocolate (YUM)
Marshmallows - Gluten Free & Non-GMO
Vietnamese Cinnamon - I use Frontier Co-op (non-irradiated)
Grahams -
we use Annie's Homegrown or Late July (depending on which Whole Foods we're nearby)
Bake:
Break up the chocolate in the bottom of the dish
Sprinkle Coconut
Top with Marshmallows
sprinkle with cinnamon and any leftover chocolate bits on the top of the dip
Obviously you decide how much you are going to make and use equal amounts of chocolate and mallows. Sprinkle coconut liberally and top with cinnamon!
Place in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees. After 5 minutes - squish tops of mallows carefully with back of large spoon. Bake another 2-4 minutes or until dippable. (yes, it's a word)
Break up your grahams, this is a great job for the kids and enjoy!
Happy summer fun to you all - rain or shine!
