Winter Ginger Rosemary Cocktail!
We are so pleased to partner with Sipp for this cocktail post. (see bottom notes)
It's winter and a new year - it's time to celebrate and we have the perfect cocktail and absolutely delightful! Reyka small batch Icelandic vodka is smooth and the ultimate mate to your cocktail. Add Ginger Blossom Sipp organic soda, rosemary topped with lime and currants. The secret is to heat up your rosemary sprigs!
We used Sipp Ginger Blossom soda and it is perfectly sweet, so you do not need simple syrup for this cocktail. Heat up your rosemary sprigs in almost boiling water and immediately place in your cocktail. The heat releases the rosemary flavor and smell...oh the smell! Enjoy!
Ingredients -
Rosemary Sprigs
Currants
Lime
In a mixer glass with ice - pour 1.5 oz (a shot) of Vodka
Top with Sipp soda about 6-7 oz
Strain into fresh cocktail glass with fresh ice
Top off with Sipp soda, if needed
Dip your rosemary sprigs into almost boiling water for about 15-20 seconds
and immediately place in your cocktail glass
Squeeze lime slice on top
Top with currants (delicious)
Enjoy immediately
...after you take a pic, of course.
Happy, Happy New Year to You!
