Unless a salad is topped with incredible toppings like goat cheese, sautéed onions, bacon, grass fed cheese....I tend to get extremely bored with them.   I can't help it.  I just like my lunch to be harty but light.  I'll take a loaded sandwich any day! 

Add kale and avocado to a gluten-free Canyon Hills everything bagel, french mustard, Stonyfield Greek Yogurt instead of mayo and add turkey and onions.  Add an organic apple, they're coming into season and a Sipp Organic Soda

 Simply delicious.
