...men, the romantic

Men throughout history have shown themselves to be capable of being the most romantically of creatures. Soutful romantics and primal passionate lovers.  

Why discount them to the current stereotypes?

Wars have been started over love, men have searched to the ends of the earth to find a woman they loved during wartime.

Men write & sing of their hearts desires.  They have built castles for their love.  They will drive fifteen hours on Friday to spend Saturday with her only to drive back for work.

My point is - when he wants you...he will come to you. 

Ladies, don't chase him.  He's a grown man, he knows what he wants.  

I could want someone more than anything on the planet, but I won't chase someone who doesn't want to be with me.

Be the woman he deserves.  Be the woman you are called to be.  He will find you.  

He must be the man you deserve first.

...this all needed to be said.  

I constantly am asked how to keep, get & hold on to a man.  

Feed them well, fuck even better & say thank you for working so hard.

If they still want to go, if you have to "get them to stay", if you have to check their phone, or spy on them...you need to STOP.

A man stays because he chooses to.   

Do you really want him to stay for any other reason?

Love well, so very well.  

Love sweetly, passional for your relationship but know when to let go.

It is the hardest thing you will ever have to learn.  I know this to be true.  

It will bring you to your knees.  Regardless, please have the self-respect to go where you are wanted.  

And Darling, IF ...at the moment, you are wanted no where...

Well, I understand this too.  

Breathe deep, cry if you must, but dance anyway.

Do nice things for yourself - read a book, make a nice meal, write a story, go to that special place, wear your pretty dress,  light candles for YOU.

And Darling, If he doesn't come?  Well, let's jump off that bridge when we come to it.

Life is damn short, NOW is your special moments. Soak them all in & revel in them.

It will be okay.
