Greek Yogurt Berry Tiny Tarts!

Thank you for stopping by little island studios, please subscribe by email to follow along in family fun!

This is not a sponsored post.

If you are in a hurry and want to make a quick snack - this is it!

If you have a pie crust recipe you like, use that.  Otherwise, I use Immaculate Baking pie crust - it's the only one I can find that is Non GMO!

Ingredients -

Pie Crust
3/4 Cups of Stonyfield Organic Greek Yogurt Plain
3/4 Cups of Sliced Fresh Raspberries or Strawberries  (if you use frozen just warm up a bit in a pan first)

Icing -
3/4 Cups of Powdered Sugar
2 Teas of Heavy Cream to mix in - Add a bit more for desired consistency.

Top with sprinkles (non GMO)

Cut out your dough - I used fun pie cutters from Williams Sonoma!  -  You can easily use a cup!
Now, you can either mix your fruit up with your Greek Yogurt in a bowl or just spoon them separately - both works fabulously.

Spoon about a tablespoon total of the fruit and yogurt into the middle of the dough.
Place opposite piece on top and press the edges down.

Bake for 350 degrees about 8-10 minutes
Cool Slightly
Add your icing and sprinkles
Enjoy Warm!

Ready to bake in the oven!

I am happily a Stonyfield Blogger, however this is not sponsored.  I purchase Stonyfield whether I am blogging or not.  Stonyfield is organic and non GMO - a must have for moms raising healthy kids!   And no the Immaculate Baking is not sponsored either.

Adorable! I've only used a few of the Immaculate products but I have been very happy when I have used them. I am terrible at making pie crusts and have been looking for a new pre-made brand.

Have you tried using the Stonyfield yogurt in the icing rather than the milk? Just wondering if it would work.
